Project Blue is looking for a high-performance Account Executive who knows how to close, follow processes, and drive revenue in a fast-moving startup environment.

We are not looking for order takers. We are looking for killers with professionalism. People who can manage a pipeline, handle objections, move fast, and consistently execute at a high level.

Project Blue helps agencies and lead generation businesses increase conversations and conversion rates through real iMessage infrastructure integrated directly into CRMs like HighLevel, HubSpot, and Close CRM.

Our product solves a real problem. Businesses are spending money on leads and losing deals because prospects ignore SMS. We help them fix that.

This role is fully remote, but you must operate with urgency, ownership, and accountability. Say “blue bubble” in your intro message so we know you actually read this.



What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running inbound and outbound sales calls with qualified prospects
  • Managing your pipeline from first contact to close
  • Following up aggressively with no-shows, stalled deals, and warm opportunities
  • Conducting live demos and discovery calls
  • Handling objections confidently and professionally
  • Collaborating with SDRs and leadership to improve messaging and conversion rates
  • Logging and maintaining accurate pipeline data inside the CRM
  • Contributing feedback to improve scripts, offers, and sales systems
  • Working closely with onboarding and customer success teams for smooth client handoff



What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of high-ticket sales experience preferred
  • Experience selling SaaS, marketing services, CRM tools, or B2B offers is a huge plus
  • Strong understanding of sales psychology and objection handling
  • Comfortable running demos and controlling the sales process
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as HighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close CRM
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Competitive mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure, feedback, and rapid iteration



Compensation

  • Base Salary
